Terms of Service
By registering as a member or using this availability directory, you agree to the following terms.
Member Accounts
Member accounts are issued by and on behalf of participating Alaska chambers of commerce. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Your account is for your business use only and may not be shared or transferred.
Accuracy of Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and availability status. Listings that are materially inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate may be deactivated by your chamber administrator without notice.
Availability Updates
Members are expected to keep their availability current. Listings that are not updated within the chamber's configured update window will be automatically removed from the public directory until updated.
SMS Notifications
If you provide a cell phone number at signup and consent to receive SMS messages, we will send you chamber notifications such as availability reminders and announcements. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this system to submit false, defamatory, or unlawful content, or to attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
Chamber Authority
Your chamber administrator may activate, deactivate, or edit your listing at any time. Membership in this directory is at the discretion of the participating chamber of commerce.
Limitation of Liability
This directory is provided as a convenience to chamber members and visitors. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including reliance on availability information displayed herein.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
